-psalm 28:7
"The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts, and I am helped; my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him.
I'm here to remind you that true wellness encompasses more than physical aspects—it's a holistic connection of body, mind,
& spirit.
After 25 years of faith, I underwent a profound transformation, surrendering completely to the Lord and experiencing a soul-deep awakening through the Holy Spirit. A diagnosis of Hashimoto’s disease shook me to my core, revealing my lack of trust in God (High cortisol levels!) and prompting a courageous decision to quit social drinking and embrace the journey in my purest self.
Since that pivotal moment, I've witnessed the miraculous power of faith, overcoming Thyroid cancer against overwhelming odds.
As a health coach for over a decade, I've walked alongside countless women on their health journeys and have had the joy of experiencing thousands of lives changed through my coaching.
But it was a single moment over 12 years ago that truly changed everything.
I used to stand in front of the mirror, voicing my insecurities about my body. 'I can't fit into anything,' I'd say, 'I feel so fat and uncomfortable. Maybe we should just stay in tonight.' But one day, my husband had enough. His words were a wake-up call: 'If you don't like what you see, do something about it. But don't talk about my wife that way!'
His unwavering support and profound words of encouragement challenged me to reassess my self-image. His love propelled me forward, pushing me to embrace strength training and nourish my body with wholesome foods. Through this journey, I rediscovered lost confidence, unearthed hidden strength, and fell in love with the miraculous vessel that is my body.
I share this story not just to recount my journey, but to inspire you, my sister, to believe in the power of transformation!
In midlife, it's easy to believe the lie that it's too late, too hard, or too overwhelming to prioritize ourselves. But I challenge you to envision what God would say: You are strong.... You are full of life.... Your body is your temple, is beautiful and worthy of honor.
Let us not succumb to doubt, but instead, take a chance of the possibilities... boundless abundance in health!
Together, let's experience the transformation that God has planned for you. Dont sway, lean in and watch what is possible! Its time sister.. Time to RECLAIM your body, health, vitality and freedom to live on your terms...in full freedom to live STRONG, to be UNSTOPPABLE...Let do this sis!
